I have deep roots in the Franklin, North Carolina mountains, with family ties to the area that go back several generations.
Having relocated back to the area in 2011, I also understand what it's like to be moving to the mountains from out of state, and I am equipped to guide my clients through that transition.
I enjoy assisting buyers, sellers and investors in achieving their goals. I am experienced in residential, luxury, investment property and land sales.
Prior to transitioning into real estate in 2019, my professional background was in nonprofit leadership, ministry, small business management, and coaching. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from Strayer University (2022).
When working with sellers, I consistently beat the average days on market as well as the average list-to-sell price ratio for the local area and local MLS.
Utilizing the highest quality photography, drone photography and video (and when needed, staging), as well as creative marketing strategies, I help my clients sell their property quickly, while netting top dollar.
On the buyer side, I know how to win in multiple offers and how to help my clients get their offer accepted in a competitive market.
As a well-connected local agent, I have an extensive network of trusted service professionals to call on in order to assist my clients in obtaining any services they may need during the buying or selling process.

An animal lover, I am pleased to partner with Rabun Paws 4 Life Humane Shelter in Tiger, GA. For every closing that I have, the adoption fees for one dog are sponsored. (And if I come to your house, I'm going to need to pet your dog, please.)
My favorite way to enjoy our beautiful mountains is from the air, so I am working toward obtaining my pilot license.
